Number of COVID-19 cases increases to 329,516

The number of COVID-19 cases in Myanmar has increased to 329,516 on Sunday after 3,027 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, according to a release from the Ministry of Health, Xinhua reported.

A total of 250 new deaths were reported, bringing the death toll to 11,776 in the country as of Sunday, the release said.

According to the ministry, a total of 243,731 patients have been discharged from the hospitals and over 3.25 million samples have been tested for COVID-19 so far.
