The leaders and representatives of Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs) arrived in Nay Pyi Taw to attend the 4th anniversary of Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA), state media reported.

The leaders and representatives of EAOs that arrived in Nay Pyi Taw were the Pao National Liberation Organization (PNLO)’s Patron Khun Okker, the Karen National Union (KNU)’s Chairman Saw Mutu Sae Poe, the Lahu Democratic Union (LDU)’s Chairman Kyar Khun Sar, the New Mon State Party (NMSP)’s Vice Chairman Nai Han Thar, the Arakan Liberation Army (ALP)’s Vice Chairman Khaing Soe Naing Aung, the Democratic Karen Benevolent Army (DKBA)’s Chairman Saw Moe Shay, the Chin National Front (CNF)’s Vice Chairman Dr Salai Lian Hmung Sakhong, the Karen National Union/Karen National Liberation Army-Peace Council (KNU/KNLA-PC)’s Secretary Dr Naw Kapaw Htoo, the All Burma Students’ Democratic Front (ABSDF)’s Chairman U Than Ge.

The NCA was originally signed by the then President U Thein Sein and other dignitaries from the Union Government, parliament, military, and EAO leaders on 15th October 2015.
