Death toll from COVID-19 in Myanmar has reached 10,061

The death toll of COVID-19 has reached 10,061 in Myanmar after 330 more deaths were reported on Monday, according to a release from the Ministry of Health, Xinhua reported.

A total of 3,689 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the past 24 hours, bringing the tally in the country to 306,354, the release said.

According to the ministry's figures, a total of 217,142 patients have been discharged from hospitals and over 3.18 million samples have been tested for COVID-19 so far.
