Three members of Peacock Generation Thangyat team charged again
Maubin Township Court sentenced three members of the youth Thangyat team to one-year imprisonment under section 505(b) of Penal Code (public mischief) for their controversial Thangyat allegedly disparaging Tatmadaw (Defence Services) last Thingyan.
The Tatmadaw acted as prosecutor against the three youths namely Zeyar Lwin, Pai Phyo Thu and Pai Phyo Min.
Lt. Col. Myo Min Oo from Yangon Region Military Command charged them under section 505(b) of Penal Code (public mischief) and section 66(d) of Telecommunications Law.
