Salai Kyaw Moe Tun — Over 300 didn’t vote out of the 810 eligible voters at Polling Station No 1 in Pyidawthar Ward in Chin State capital Hakha. At Polling Station 2, also in the capital, only 400 out of 910 eligible voters voted.

Allegedly, the commission was supposed to allowed for 10 voters to witness counting of ballots at BEHS (2) polling station in Sanbaung Ward in Matupi Township, but doors were closed after election officials claimed to have received an order from authorities, according to reports from Matupi.
