Arakan Army ambush Myanmar troops

Myanmar armed forces have been ambushed by the Arakan Army (AA) in Yathedaung township, Rakhine state, and three AA members were killed in the clash, Xinhua reported.

In Friday's two incidents, a military column conducted security operation near Yaygaungchaung village and was attacked by dozens of AA troops.

The AA also launched a similar attack on another military column from five positions north of Setaung village on Thursday night, leaving two government troops injured.
