Mizzima Media Company Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Elevate Broadcast Co Ltd on 7 November, for cooperation to design, supply equipment, install, train and support Broadcast systems, facilities and operation to operate the Mizzima Digital TV channel which will start broadcasting on the MTRV network in February 2018.
According to the MOU, the scope of Elevate Broadcast is to work as a technical adviser to Mizzima Media to assure the technical systems and facilities are procured and installed to meet the needs of Mizzima to produce content and air daily on MRTV.
The scope of Mizzima Media is to be responsible for all creative and operational aspect of the Broadcast operations as well as physical facilities.
The MOU also says that all programming and content decisions shall be the responsibility of Mizzima.
