One refugee killed, four injured in road incident on July 9, at around 11: 30 am while they were going to Teknaf from Nayapara refugee camp by an auto-Rickshaw – a three wheeler taxi, according to Haroon, a relative of victim from the camp.

The accident was occurred when the auto- Rickshaw reached at Boratoli area of Teknaf upazila and it was hit by a Noah micro bus which run high speed on the road, Haroon added.

The victims are identified as--- Monir Ahmed, son of Hafez Ahmed; Farook, son of Shabu; Mizan, son of Zamir; Nurul Amin, son of Hassan Sharif and Abdu Rahman, son of Mohamed Kahsim,  Haroon more added.
 
They all belong to Block- C of Nayapara refugee camp and all the boys are under the age of 16, Habib,a refugee leader  said.
 
However, Monir Ahamed died on the way to Cox's Bazar hospital and the four others were admitted at Nayapara clinic. Of them, Farook was referred to Cox's Bazar government hospital for medical treatment, the father of Monir Ahmed said.
 
Mother of Monir Ahmed said, “My son asks me to visit Cox’s Bazar Sea beach after coming from Teknaf. I don’t fulfill my son’s will.”
 
 The driver of auto-Rickshaw was also injured and was admitted in hospital, he more added.

The dead body was buried at refugee cemetery on July 9, according to refugees.
