Junta Airstrike Hits Mindat Hospital Killing 2 and Many Injured

An airstrike from a Junta fighter jet struck Vawmm'Tu Hospital in District No. 2 in Mindat Township Chin State on April 25 around 8:00pm, resulting in the deaths of 2 patients and numerous injuries, the Chinland Defense Force - Mindat (CDF-Mindat) reported.

The airstrike not only targeted the hospital, but also the surrounding civilian areas with the exact condition of the casualties unknown.

On the same day at around 4:00pm a Junta aircraft dropped a 500-pound bomb on Mindat's District No. 1, locals said. The Junta deployed a Y12 utility aircraft to drop a total of fifty 60 mm mortar shells, sparking a wildfire in a forest area in Mindat.
