The Eighth regular sessions of Second House of Representatives and House of Nationalities which were scheduled to convene on June 8 were cancelled on June 7 in the evening at short notice.

Director Ko Ko Naing from House of Representatives told Mizzima that he did not know the reason behind the cancellation.

The 13th day session of Eighth regular session of Second House of Representatives was scheduled to be convened with nine agendas including discussion on an emergency motion on Rakhine State affairs.
