Three Brotherhood Alliance Proposes Junta Soldiers to Surrender in Rakhine Region,if they want to reunite with their families Rakhine State

The Three Brotherhood Alliance, currently conducting Operation 1027, declared on November 13 that soldiers and police forces under the Military Council in the Rakhine region, should promptly contact nearby camps and surrender, if they wish to meet their families, relatives, and siblings without risking their lives.

Following the Three Brotherhood Alliance's announcement of Operation 1027 being carried out nationwide, clashes between the Military Council and the Arakan Army (AA) erupted in Rakhine State on November 13.

The Three Brotherhood Alliance declared that on the day the fighting commenced, clashes erupted in five locations in Rakhine State. During the clashes, the bodies of Military Council troops and policemen were discovered, along with the seizure of military equipment and ammunition.

The Three Brotherhood Alliance's statement indicated that certain individuals opted to surrender in the midst of the ongoing conflict. Those who reached out to nearby camps and surrendered were reportedly received positively.

It has been reported that Operation 1027, originating in Chin Shwe Haw, Kokang Special Region (1) in Northern Shan State, has extended its reach to various other areas, including Kachin State, Karenni State, Sagaing Region, and Mandalay Region

On November 13, clashes occurred in several locations, including near Chein Khar Li and Done Pike villages in Rathedaung Township, close to Mee Taik and Thinbaw Hla villages in Maungdaw Township, on the Yangon-Sittwe highway east of Phar Pyo (Chin) village in Minbya Township, between Minbya-Mrauk U township east of Pan Myaung village in Minbya Township, and near Done Pike village north of Ah Ngu Maw port in Rathedaung Township.

The Three Brotherhood Alliance reported that civilians suffered injuries and fatalities as a result of indiscriminate artillery shelling from the Military Council's bases, with continuous artillery shell attacks from the Military Council's warships at the battle sites.

The individuals affected by the clashes include two fatalities and three injuries occurred in Mrauk U Township, with one person injured in Minbya Township, another injured in Maungdaw Township, and three fatalities, with at least two injuries reported in Ah Pauk Wa Village of Kyauktaw Township.

Residents reported that once the conflict erupted in Rakhine, the Military Council restricted entry and exit points in all townships, and both land and waterways were also blocked during this period.

The Three Brotherhood Alliance declared that Operation 1027, now in its 18th day, has successfully taken control of seven towns and captured over 150 Military Council bases.

.The Three Brotherhood Alliance is encouraging other revolutionary organizations that have not yet joined Operation 1027 to promptly participate in the conflict and align their efforts with the ongoing operation.
