On September 9 at 12 am in Ye Township, a car belonging to the funeral and social relief organization Aung Mingalar struck a landmine, seriously injuring the driver, Ko Nay Lin Oo.

After transporting the patient, the automobile hit a landmine on the way back, injuring the driver and another person in the car.

Both were rushed to the hospital, where Ko Nay Lin Oo was in the emergency room after being hit by shrapnel in the neck and around the shoulder.
