Mon State Federal Council Engages in Strategic Talks with Resistance Forces

The Mon State Federal Council (MSFC) held a meeting with around 10 armed resistance forces situated in the southern part of Mon State  on December 11th ,all of them united in their efforts to topple the military dictatorship and establish a federal democratic union.

One session addressed sectors separate from military strategies and the procurement of military equipment.  That discussion was presided over by the chairperson of the administrative committee of MSFC, addressed non-military issues including: the stockpiling of food, the well-being of family members of resistance comrades, the provision of first aid training, healthcare services, and the delivery of humanitarian aid to those displaced by war.

Representatives from the Department of Defense, Department of Health, Department of Humanity and Relief, Department of Women's Affairs, Department of Children and Gender Equality, Department of Information and Public Relations, along with delegates from the Legislative Committee under the Administrative Committee of MSFC, participated in the sectoral discussions.
