Government, UNFPA sign letter of agreement

Myanmar government and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) have signed a letter of agreement on cooperation in the UNFPA's 4th Country Program 2018-2022, according Xinhua quoting the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations.

Under the letter of agreement signed in Nay Pyi Taw Wednesday, the program will be implemented with an estimated budget of 20 million U.S. dollars in the areas of sexual and reproductive health, gender equality and women's empowerment and population dynamics in collaboration with concerned ministries.
