Five Tatmadaw killed, two PDF injured in clash

Fighting broke out between the Tatmadaw stationed at Kywe Chan Village Monastery and the Daung Min (King Peacock) Operation Force (TYC-PDF) in Thayet Chaung township Taung Pyauk district, Tanintharyi region on October 3.

At least five Tatmadaw were killed and at least five others injured while two were wounded on the PDF side, according to the Peacock Operation Force.

On October 3, Junta troops stationed at the Kywe Chan village monastery were attacked by the peacock operation force on their way to the Kywe Chaung Gyi police station where they had been positioned.
