Three Brotherhood Alliance Captures More Junta Outposts -Dismantling the Dictatorship is Key Goal

On the fourth day, the Three Brotherhood Alliance's Operation 1027 continued to secure additional enemy outposts amidst ongoing intense clashes with the Military Council troops, as confirmed by the alliance.

On October 29th, the Three Brotherhood Alliance reported that during the progression of Operation 1027 on its fourth day, they captured more military outposts in Nawnghkio (Naung Cho), Hsenwi (Theinni), Mogok, Lashio, Chinshwehaw, and Mankan (Monekoe) towns.

The Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) Information Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Mai Aik Kyaw, explained the objectives of Operation 1027, which was audaciously launched by the Three Brotherhood Alliance.

"This year, the Military Council increased airstrikes and shelling in our territory, endangering our people, which is why we initiated the operation to protect them and expand our control. In these areas, online scam groups operate openly, negatively impacting the public, so we prioritize control over these areas. We can only enforce the rule of law, if we control the territory, and dismantling the military dictatorship is a key goal of our operation”, Lieutenant Colonel Mai Aik Kyaw said.

The Three Brotherhood Alliance reported that TNLA's 2nd Brigade successfully eliminated a Military Council outpost located in Kyaukkyan village, situated within Nawnghkio Township on October 29th, at approximately 4:00 am.

Around 7:30 AM, Kyaukkyan village experienced a heavy bombardment by the Military Council’s jet aircraft, resulting in a fierce clash.

The Three Brotherhood Alliance reported further gains :the Marchinot outpost in Hsenwi, Yarkhotetite outpost in Chinshwehaw, Namyam outpost in Mankan, and two military camps situated more than 400 kilometers east of Lashio Township on the morning of October 29th.

Furthermore, on October 29th, the Three Brotherhood Alliance gained full control of the Hsenwi Police Station, and the day before, the Namsalat Police Station in Hsenwi Township had already been captured by the Alliance.

"Fighting started in our territory yesterday. We managed to capture the Thanbote military outpost in Nawnghkio territory on the road connecting Mogok with the Pyinoolwin lower areas. Today, we additionally captured the 13-mile camp in Namhkam village, also known as the tower outpost camp”, Lieutenant Colonel Mai Aik Kyaw elaborated. The Three Brotherhood Alliance also claimed their success in capturing more than 40 Military Council outposts within only two days of initiating Operation 1027.

On October 29th, the Three Brotherhood Alliance successfully engaged in camp-capturing battles, while the People's Defense Force - Mandalay (Mandalay-PDF) and TNLA collaborated to intercept a Military Council offensive column in Upper Nyaungkone village in Mogok Township. , Near that village, joint forces of TNLA and PDF-Mogok also clashed with the Military Council.

The Three Brotherhood Alliance has also declared its intention to persist in targeting specific military objectives, collaborating closely with the resistance forces that emerged during the Spring Revolution to execute their operations effectively.
