In the first week of May 2010, the Rohingya Resistance Committee (RRC) demonstrated against Rohingyas in Ukhiya-Cox's Bazaar highway. The RRC blocked INGO and UNHCR vehicles entering the camp on May 2, 2010. The group's demand to the government of Bangladesh was: We have the rights to demonstrate; We don't want Rohingya refugees in our country; We want refugees to go back to Burma.
