Four killed in Na Bu Taw village

Four villagers were killed in Na Bu Taw village and others have had to flee according to local sources.

It was reported that the Tatmadaw stayed at Na Bu Taw village’s clinic, randomly opened fire, and then retreated.

"A Military truck (FAW car) was driving without turning on the lights at around 7 pm. We thought it was a civilian-owned car. When it got near the village, the light was on and soldiers opened fire from the hill. They also use heavy weapons such as RPGs. Three villagers died there.’ One of the villagers said.

A 60-year-old mother of the senior monk at Yar-U kyaung monastery also died.

More than ten were injured in the shooting and are being treated in nearby areas. Two houses were damaged.
