The speaker says try to even up the budget distribution in everytownship

“The speaker on the 19th session of Chin State Hluttaw said that he would try to adjust the budget distribution to every township in Chin State” said U Aung Lian, the MP of Matupi Constituency.

U Aung Lain, the MP of Matupi said “the speaker said that there would not be any uneven budget distribution in 2020 -2021 which we have faced in current and The Union president has issued the decree but we have not received in hand yet”

“The speaker said that the decree indicates that in terms of drafting the budget, the concerns of MPs are required to seek.  It would not happen in 2020 and the distribution of budget would be equalized” He said.

“There was not sufficient budget in the constituencies where MPs live but the budget and projects were surplus in the constituency where the Chief Minister lives” said U Aung Lain.

He continued that “we have urged for coordination of drafting budget not to happen like this way but the excuse was given that there was time limitation in Union.  Now the executives gave other answers which were different from the questions raised by MPs”.

The justification of the state government to the questions addressed by U Aung Than and U Kui Thang totally missed the points. It seems that they just performed for show. The 19th session of Chin State Parliament was commenced on the 26th of September. During the session, U Kui Thang, the MP of Kanpalet portrayed the Chin State Government as wolf in sheep clothing”
