Chin Brotherhood Alliance Offers Partnership to AA for Mutual Protection of Rakhine and Chin People

The Chin Brotherhood Alliance has announced that it will work with the Arakan Army (AA) to develop and protect mutual interests between the Rakhine and Chin ethnic communities.

In a message sent on April 10 to commemorate the 15th anniversary celebration of AA, the Chin Brotherhood Alliance announced its fraternal commitment.

The message affirmed that the Chin Brotherhood Alliance aims to collaborate with AA to pursue the objectives of dismantling dictatorship, attaining national equality, crafting their own destinies, and fostering mutual care and assistance among the Rakhine and Chin communities.

The Chin Brotherhood Alliance also expressed its particular pride in AA for overcoming significant obstacles and challenges over 15 years, and for successfully implementing the 'Way of Rakhita'.

The Chin Brotherhood Alliance commended the significant accomplishments of AA in the current year marking its 15th anniversary, noting the evident success in realizing AA's military and political objectives. It also emphasized that the collective efforts of the entire Rakhine community under the leadership of AA, were instrumental in attaining these achievements.

The Chin Brotherhood Alliance also stated its belief that the military operations led by AA in Rakhine State will serve as a crucial step towards dismantling the military dictatorship, a desire shared by all Myanmar citizens, including the Chin ethnic groups.

The Chin Brotherhood Alliance also expressed its hope for the swift attainment of both political and military objectives by AA and the entire Rakhine community.

The Chin Brotherhood Alliance comprises the Zomi Federal Union/ People's Defense Force (ZFU/PDF-Zoland), Chin National Organization/ Chin National Defense Force (CNO/CNDF), Chin National Council/ Chinland Defense Force - Mindat (CNC/CDF-Mindat), Mara Defense Force (MDF), as well as CDF-Matupi, CDF-Kanpetlet, and the 1st Brigade.
